My guess is that it's the new K1/2 Tranceiver i.e. a QRPp rig that pulls only 
34 ma in receiver mode. In transmit mode it delivers about 0.5 watts to the 
antenna.....  Yes it the new K1/2 Rig. 
Any prize for guessing correctly? How about a free K1/2 rig !!!!
