Swapping this would break MixW, which is programmed to know which way the 
tuning works on each band in order to correctly work out the frequency and 
which direction to shift the VFO when centering a signal using a macro. WE 
had to plead to get this put into MixW, I don't think we'd be successful in 
getting a check box added so you could have the sideband reversal or not 
depending on which version of the firmware you've got.

I certainly vote for storing the mode setting separately fof VFO A and B.
