[Elecraft] Dial LOCK Behaviour - Bug or Feature?

This was a 'feature' of older K2 firmware, prior to Version 2.02H. Typically 
the small shift upon unlocking sporadically occurred if you spun the dial when 
locked. Firmware version 2.02H and later does not have this feature :-)

Current K2s are ship with main MPU version 2.03D.
