[Elecraft] Dial LOCK Behaviour - Bug or Feature?

K2, Serial #3712 (still under construction), works without frequency change
just as John says here.

I just turned on the front panel /control board at Alignment Stage 1.  This
one's going together very well.  It'll be a winner!
