Hi Ron,

A video tape is a very good idea. We've used video tapes for training people to repair circuits and make mechanical adjustments on
equipment at work and it is very helpful to see someone actually doing the operations in real time. Then you get a real feel for how
long it takes to make a good solder joint and what the joint looks like close up.  When making adjustments, the student can see the
tools used and get an idea of the amount of force required.  The video shows details that don't come through in a printed document.
