[Elecraft] Another (!) K2 firmware "wish"

Hi Wayne, I don't know whether this is already available, but it would be
very handy if the last ham band frequency used was memorised when you tune
out of band say to 15mhz WWV. It's rather annoying to find 15mhz in the
memory when I go back to 20m instead of somewhere in the CW band.  73 Clive
