[Elecraft] L33 and Sticky Washer?

HI group
Almost there, after some help from Tom, undoing what I did on Saturday :-) 
I got to get one of those solder sucker things.

I just got to installing the L33 (I am glad that I didn't have to wind it) 
and now the manual is instructing me to place a "thin self adhesive 
insulator" on to R116 (that fit's over L33). My question is; does any one 
know where I might find this self adhesive insulator? Or what it looks like?

Or am I to provide it?
