[Elecraft] K2 kudos from St. Martin

After 9 days in heaven it's almost time to tear down the station and head
home. This is our third trip to FS, the past two trips I used an IC706, but
after last years trip I had grown tired of the fatigue experienced by using
the 706 for extended periods on CW. I built the K2/100 earlier this year as
a replacement for the 706. The K2 performed extremely well, exceeding all of
my expectations, especially on CW. Thanks to Wayne and Eric for developing
and producing the ultimate travel radio.

I'm sure I worked some of you on the list, I also noticed an increased
number of QRP stations over past years, even in light of conditions that
were not the best. My QSL card will feature my K2 and the operation position
overlooking Marigot bay.
