[Elecraft] KX1 Part 1 problems?

Hi
I just completed part 1 and ran into a few questionable areas conducting
resistance and voltage checks=2E

Page 26:

D2 or D3 cathode(banded end) S1 On =3D 23mohm  (S2 on)
D2 or D3 cathode (banded end) S1 OFF =3D 50mohm  (S2 on)
Both are greater than 1K & 10K respectively so I guess that's ok?

Page 28:

DC voltages all check out fine

D2 Anode: reades 126mv AC rms
D2 Cathode: Reads 116mv AC rms

Both are over the recommended 20mv AC rms=2E The instructions say that thi=
s
indicates that one of the voltage regulators is oscillating, but I can't
figure out what the troubleshooting should be=2E Any ideas?

I completed the tests on page 29 with flying colors with everything workin=
g
just fine=2E Should I continue on to to the next building steps or are tho=
se
higher AC voltages and oscillation going to be a problem=2E
