[Elecraft] Tuning knobs again

I recently replaced the main tuning knob on my K2 with an FT-900 knob, per
the suggestion of another K2 owner.  I find a finger dimple unnecessary with
this knob as the nice rounded edge allows you to spin using the knob edge
with no problem.  I haven't tried the FT-100 knob, but like the FT-900
version very much for two reasons:  First, it's perfectly balanced so you
can do away with the felt washer used on the stock K2 knob. It will never
rotate on its own.  Second, the knob is a bit less than 1/4" deeper than the
stock knob, and this also contributes to the ease in spinning it.  The price
has gone up a bit - it's now around $12.
