The following are all free (not shareware) programs:

K7RE's QRPDUPE (Windows) <http://members.mato.com/bkassel> is easy to
use for the casual contester.  The others I am listing probably have
more features and are therefore a bit more complicated to learn. 
QRPDUPE and TLF are the only ones I have actually used.

N1MM logger (Windows) <http://pages.cthome.net/n1mm/>.

CT by K1EA (DOS) is a contesting program favored by many big-time
contesters which has recently been made free <http://www.k1ea.com>.

TLF by PA0R (Linux) <http://members.iae.nl/users/reinc/TLF-0.2.html/>.

All of the above will output Cabrillo files which are needed for the
major contests.
