[Elecraft] I transmit 50Hz lower than I receive

Has anybody had this happen?  My K2100, no. 2613, which has the KSB2 
installed transmits 50Hz lower than it receives.  I did the PLL\BFO stability mod, but 
I think this rig has done this since the very beginning.  

I DID have to add some more capacitance across the BFO coil to get the 
frequencies low enough, otherwise everything is as it was when it was built.  Am I 
missing something?  

I bet somebody else has had this problem.
