You could always try un-balancing the balanced modulator (R1
on the KSB2 module) and run in mode R3A.
*But* and it's a VERY BIG "BUT" -- I don't know how much
power you could run... I don't think that the K2 was
designed to run continuous modulated carrier at anywhere
near full output!!  And I've no idea what the KSB2 would
do-----
1 Watt *might* be acceptable  ?!?!?!?!?!?!
Wayne and Eric will probably shoot me, for saying the
above...
