[Elecraft] Getting KAT100's attention?

Greetings:
	This may be my imagination but on rare occassion pressing "Tune"
doesn't appear to result in any RF output and only the leftmost green
LED lights on the KAT100. The reason I noticed it was that sometimes I
was getting "Hi Refl" after a tune indicating a 1.0 SWR (and I wasn't
being heard). Pressing "tune" again resulted in the right most red LED
lighting first, the relays clacking and the SWR settling down, sometimes
higher than the 1.0 indicated previously. I haven't been able to
replicate it by various combinations of band changes, frequency changes
or power changes. I think it only happened once or twice after putting a
watt meter in line to verify the RF output during tune.
	Suggestions?
