[Elecraft] Spectrogram Filter Adjustment (Thanks Tom!)

My compliments to N0SS for his excellent step by step instructions for 
K2 filter adjustment using Spectrogram.

Very quick and easy with a noticeable improvement in performance.  It 
was very interesting to see how far out of whack the filters were after 
using the default values.  If the filter bandwidths or sidetone pitch is 
modified thing really went south.

Thanks to Spectrogram and Tom's clear instructions, K2 #3777 is working 
like a champ!
