[Elecraft] Documentation Upgrade for K2/100??

Have been away, lost touch, but somehow I remember that there was a =
request
to upgrade the K2 and various options with better documentation.  Went =
something like
this:

           "K2/100 OPERATION and MAINTENANCE MANUAL."

   * Highest quality, comparable to that fine radio.

   * To cover operation, calibration and maintenance only,=20
     no kit building.

   * Good, sturdy binding.  Possibly loose leaf, but
     with reinforced holes.

   * Cost less than $100.

Anything, anybody?
