[Elecraft] Sound card for Lap Top

Hi All,

Does anyone have any experience with a second sound card for a Lap Top?  I 
found a couple different types on the web.  One plugs into a PCMCIA slot, 
but it is a little pricey, 99 USD, street price.  The other type uses a USB 
port, and are more reasonably priced, ~29 USD.  I am concerned that the 
latter ones may not be detected by the PSK31 program, and thus be useless 
for that purpose.
