[Elecraft] K2 wattmeter accuracy at low power?

Wonder if anyone has checked the calibration of the K2 internal power
indicator at low powers (< 1 watt?).  The only reason I ask is that I just
reconfigured the station and was doing some testing with the K2, and called
a VP5 on 17 meter SSB.  After getting a legitimate 5x9 report from him, I
noticed that the K2 power control was all the way counter-clockwise.  At
that point, the K2 power indicator reads .1 watt.  My other wattmeter was
just kicking around a watt or so, but have no idea about its accuracy either
since the lowest scale there is 200W.  Running the power up to 100 watts
upped the report to 20 over 9.
