[Elecraft] logging program

I am looking for a logging program. Currently, my computer is across the
room from the K2 so I do not need rig control or DX spots.

My first goal for using a computer logbook is keeping track of award
progress and other interesting statistics. I am also hoping to reduce my
QSL expenses by only QSLing contacts that will advance my DXCC or WAS
status. Finally, I hope that automating the outgoing QSLs will save me some
time. Obviously, the program needs to be inexpensive and easy to use if the
second two goals are to be realized.

I first evaluated the free Logger32. The features in this program are great,
and you can't ask for a better price! Unfortunately, the beta version seems
to still have a lot of bugs, and unimplemented features. Has anyone else
found this program to be stable enough to use without lots of hassle?

Next I tried ACLog. This is a nice, simple and stable program, and at $20
the price is also reasonable. The free US and Canada call book is a nice
bonus. The award tracking and QSL management features are unfortunately
quite simple. For instance, there seems to be no way to list all the
contacts from unconfirmed DXCC entities and mark them for sending a QSL.

There are a several sophisticated commercial programs available.
Unfortunately, by the time you get a call book they all seem to be fairly
expensive for what I want to do. However, if the expensive program makes the
process 10 times easier it is probably worth 5 times as much.

What suggestions do you have for achieving the goals I have outlined?
