Hello OM's,
At first, let me say thanks to all which had replyed to my problem.
The bands are down here  today, so I made the AF-Gain-Control Mod and 
decided to try the KDSP again. 
And what a pitty, the boring hiss is totally gone. 
I dont know how this mod is related to the KDSP but the result is very good.
Now I understand that many OM's that say can't detect any hiss. 
Even the noisereduktion doesn't show the strange artifacts anymore. 
The AF-Gain control is also more pleasant now. :-)
I'm really surprised how the mod changed the sound.
