[Elecraft] Back to the KAF2

My experience is just the opposite.  I find it very useful on CW and
frequently keep the denoiser on.  For SSB I simply do not like the hollow
barrel sound and keep the denoiser off but love the auto-notch.  I will
turn the denoiser on under adverse conditions but do not normally use it
on SSB.  Overall I prefer it over the KAF2.
