[Elecraft] Ant weights

Here is how you do it. Solder a small loop in the end of ant. wire. =
Attach a few feet of carpet thread to the loop then attach your weight =
to the thread. Bolt, nut rock what have you. When you simply yank on the =
ant the thread will break and you can pull your ant. wire back through =
the tree. Weights are cheap even a stick will work. You know a sinker or =
large nut will get stuck in a tree somewhere when you try to retrieve =
it. The thread breaks easily and you can find another weight the next =
time. Experiment with different thread strengths until you find one that =
you can break easily but not too easy. Try it you will like it.
