Fishing "sinkers" (weights) work just...If you are not going to lose them
in the process, I see no reason not to use lead ones if you have them,
just don't eat them...<G>...I tie a length of fishing line onto a sinker
and throw it over a branch, tie the other end of the line to the antenna
wire and use it to haul the wire up, then move the sinker up the line
until it is off the ground and providing tension on the wire...This way
you can feed the kink prone wire through your fingers and keep it from
getting hung up...Remove the sinker from the wire before you take it down
so if doesn't whip around a branch and get hung up...Pull it down slowly,
if you try to do it quickly it might whip around a branch and hang up...
