[Elecraft] K1-4 question

Greetings!  Quick question.  I just did a trim cap replacement and the 
K-1 upgrade (not the VFO linearity, but the two dipswitches and 
inductor).  I tuned the four band board and everything seems to be hunky 
dunky, except that the K1 insists that the power output (into a dummy 
load) is zero (all bands).  Every receiver in my house seems to disagree 
as I can swamp them.  Unfortunately, my Bird HF slug has gone AOL, so I 
have no wattmeter to verify output.  If we assume that the power out is 
actually non-zero, any thoughts on what I might have damaged during the 
upgrade to cause the lack of power reading on the k-1 display?
