[Elecraft] Noise generator (N-gen

We actually have the N-gen in stock now and are accepting phone orders. ($39 ea.)

I'm building the new web page and order form today and will have the official 
launch of the N-gen and a couple of other related products with a new web 
order form out tomorrow.
