They are different access points to the same site. The "Enter the ARS 
Sojourner" link at the bottom of both pages takes you to different issues 
of the Soujourner. The first URL is the same as:
http://www.arsqrp.com/ars/index.html

If you drop the ars/index.html off the URL you get to the main page and the 
most recent information (ie. October 2003) rather than the older 
information (July 2003).
