[Elecraft] How verify IOC functioning #1348 ?

Hi there

Narrvwing down problem with building #1348 after years of inactivity.
When doing the "Alignment and Test, Part1" I find that the IOC does not
reset relays.

I get "INFO080"
There is 6V at Pin 1 and 20. Pin 28 drops below 5 V when tapping the
"MODE"-key.

I can hear a weak 4 Mhz-signal when approaching the IOC with a reciever.
But it
is not as strong signal as the 4Mhz near the MCU.

How can i veryfy status of the IOC ??   Version 1.02

Comes wothout saying. I have checked teh soldering and orientation of
the IOC a number
of times.
