First the fan does run all the time...the speed changes to high when the
temp goes high.  You'll have to trace out your Hi Voltage supply and
make sure it's working.  Look at the cathode of D1 if you don't have HV
you've got a problem in the HV supply.  If you do start tracing thru R11
and 12 and RFC11 and RFC3

Hi guys,

Finishing up my KPA100 and ran into a snag. The manual on page 43 has
the
voltage checks. There should be 90 to 150 volts on the cathode of D13, I
get
.5 volts. Also the fan runs all the time on power up.

Where have I gone wrong??
