The KDSP faithfully responds to the KAF2 commands on the AuxBus. Thus  
any KAF2 AuxBus command created from front panel (or serial port)  
actions will also affect the KDSP. The KDSPs's features may be actuated  
from a computer using either direct commands or keystroke emulation  
(SW) commands. This is amazingly easy to do once you figure out how to  
send the characters and what the sequences are to place the K2 into the  
right configuration to send the command, send it, then return to the  
previous operating configuration.

So, figure out what you need to do from the front panel to go from  
normal operations to set the feature, and back, then code that into  
switch emulation commands (SW in the KIO2 reference manual).

Interestingly, this is also the exact same process needed to get the  
KRC2 to control the KDSP as well.
