Some of the folks that experience slower download response from their office
t1's and t3's could be due to the filtering/monitoring software in use on
their company network.  Also, many offices have 10mps hubs or switches still
installed in various nodes that constricts the download speed....  that
fancy desktop or laptop with the 10/100/1000 Ethernet card may only be
working at 10Mps (add the extra filtering time on top of that...)
Just another reason it might take longer than the cable modem at the
house...
