[Elecraft] Resistors on K2 board

I should have added, my confusion about R18 & R19 stemmed from the fact  
that those two resistors were included in my kit along with R11 & R12 
which also mount on the bottom of the PCB ... I now know the right thing 
to do ... just was confused about the initial situation due to the parts 
that are no longer being included with the kit ...
Time to quit and have some Earl Grey  .. kick back and dream of the near 
future ...
