[Elecraft] K2 CW Mode Indicator

The K2 is performing just like it should.  The flashing "F" states that
"Fast Play" is active.
Check the Firmware version 2 documentation.

In fact, once version 2.x firmware is installed, the Firmware 2.x document
should become a permanent addition to the Operation section of your K2
manual (through Manual Rev C).  I haven't checked, but Manual Rev E (SN
3000+) should include the updated information
