[Elecraft] KAT100 bad relay?

I suspect that the antenna selection relay in my KAT100 is bad,
the syndrom is:
when I change antennas, sometimes the signal level drops by several
S-units, if I press PTT (in SSB) the signal level is normal, the same
if I repeatly change antennas then sometimes the received signal is OK,
sometimes not.
This happens when ANTENNA 1 is selected.

I have measured the resistance across the relay terminals with KAT100
disconnected and when I tap the relay case with a screwdriver it sometimes
shows several hundred ohms, when it should show zero!

Looks like the relay is bad..

Anyone had this failure?
How do I get a spare relay?
