[Elecraft] Smashing Pileups in CQWW

I didn't spend a lot of time in the contest, but had lots of fun with
what seemed to be the best propagation in months.  I actually did smash
a couple of pileups, but missed some of the rare stuff I heard
(A4, A6, EX) plus several "alligators".  Running my K2 at 5 watts into a
AV-640 vertical:
