May I also add that it is truly amazing to deal with a company that
understands the concept of customer service. One that actually listens 
to what their
customers say, openly responds to questions and are willing to admit 
when
something does not work just right.  And when it doesn't they quickly 
provide
a solution.

I believe that Elecraft is a company that truly understands the value 
of customer loyalty.

Guys ... hats off to you and everyone at Elecraft ... keep designing 
stuff and we'll keep buying it
