[Elecraft] KX1 still Low Power

I saw that, Ron. But it appears to be based on both bands having
adequate power, but having more output on 20 than on 40, not the
situation I'm in. I know my difference is a bit more than the 0.6 W
mentioned, but it is in the right direction (more output on 40 than 20).
Once I get the "adequate" worked, then I will see where I am
BTW -- just found four 36 ohm resistors of proper size in my parts box.
I will change R30 from 22 to 36 (vs. 33) and see where that puts me re
"adequate"; I guess if that makes it too hot, I can CCW the pot a tad.
Then I will fiddle with L2 spacing if need be.
