[Elecraft] RE: 15 or 17 meters?

I love both bands, but if I had to choose, it would be 15 meters.

I have to agree with Sandy about the activity issue and that 17M doesn't =
enter into the contests.

Another reason is the foot room 15 affords: 450KHz vs 100KHz on 17.

At the height of the sunspot cycle, most can acheive DXCC on 15 during =
any of the worldwide DX contests with a decent antenna and 100 watts (or =
less).

Maybe buy another K1 and equip it with the other band, then you'll be =
set for anything, yes?
