This is exactly what is happening. The correct solution is to notify the ISP
in question and get them to properly configure their SMTP mail server to
properly identify itself in your mail headers for reverse lookups.
qth.net was forced to add this check to stem the flood of SPAM hitting the
lists (most of which gets bounced to me as list Elecraft list manager).
