VERY INTERESTING. All the "interesting bits" are identical. The rejected
headers contain a "for" at the end of the second Received clause. The quotes
around the common name in the addresses are missing on the one that is
accepted. That certainly shouldn't matter. The 192 (private) address
concerned me, but it's the same in both. Content-Disposition is missing from
rejected. Shouldn't be required.

Possibly the (Apple Message framework v606) after the mime version is
confusing the software. This is definately not a problem of your ISP. This
is an issue for the Elecraft boys. Hopefully there is enough information
here for them to see why your notes don't work. It VERY CERTAINLY isn't
reverse lookup or ReplyTo!
