[Elecraft] K2 - Low power

Help!  I just assembled my K2, and did the adjustments as best I could =
without fancy equipment. =20
Recently I bought and assembled an Oak Hills QRP Wattmeter, and (to my =
dismay) it shows that I'm running less than half the power I thought I =
was on the K2 on all bands. (It varies from about 40% down to 20%, =
depending on the band. I don't think it's the wattmeter.)
As per the manual, I checked the transmitter section, and the readings =
were OK except for the Q7 collector - 68 ohms instead of >500.=20
I'm kinda green on the technical side, so whatever fix is necessary has =
to be step-by-step in the dark!=20
