Hello elecrafters,
my K2 is loaded with KSB, 160m, Battery, KAT2, KIO2, KAF2.
The Birdie tunes very sharp, if you move the VFO just one digit
(smallest step-rate), it
disappears.

I hear it with no antenna connected or antenna connected + att on or off.
With preamp on, the noise is louder than the birdie, it is still there,
but hard to hear. I usually work with preamp off on 160 - 40m.
