Did you press the PTT button?

DON'T!!!

This only works until you press the PTT switch. If you've been operating =
SSB
you probably hit the PTT automatically when you talk and that disables =
the
mode.

It's described in the K2 manual, BTW. It's a good rough indication of =
what
you really sound like on the air. It's hard to separate the heard audio =
from
the bone-conduction in your head. The best way is to record it and play =
it
back.
