Stan,

Yes, serial numbers above 3000 include this change.  I don't know of a
published list - but all the Elecraft approved mods (official changes)
included in the A to B mod list were incorporated in the new board layouts
that were shipped starting with SN 3000 - this statement has been verified
several times from the 'powers that be' at Elecraft.
