Followup to my original post.

Maybe a K2/100 user wants to go portable<g>. Assuming a 20% transmit duty
cycle, and CW being 50% key down (SSB is even less duty cycle), and $s to
spare (4 paralleled cells/4 packs in series - 16 Cells, 8800 mAh, 720 grams,
14.8 V, 500mA Rx, 12A Tx, $250), you should be able to operate over 5 hours!
