I think that was the one from Jameco.

I just bought one myself... lemme see if I still have ANY of the docs... QRX...

What I think you're looking for is:

Jameco #99354CF  BNC-Male to Double binding post  $4.95

Note that the body of the adapter is marked (little 'flag' on one side) as 
to the GND side, so even if both of the RED/BLACK knobs come off, you can 
still tell which post is which.
