[Elecraft] CW filter settings. What are yours?

Mine are set similarly: 1.2, 0.7, 0.4, and 0.05. I see about 2dB
attenuation from the 0.7 to 0.4 filter, and another 4dB attenuation from the
0.4 to 0.05 filter. I usually have the 0.7 in use unless it gets crowded.
