[Elecraft] CW filter settings. What are yours?

I'm having a blast with my new K2  (SN3777)

Now I'm thinking about adjusting the CW filters.

Currently they are at 1.4, 0.7, 0.4 and 0.17   It seems that the 1.4 KHz 
is never used.  I'm thinking about 0.8, 0.4. 0.25 and 0.1


Where do you folks have yours set?

And here is the other question:

When I change the filter settings, and then run Spectrogram to tune the 
BFO settings, is it necessary to connect the frequency counter probe at 
TP2 as described in the N0SS Spectrogram procedure?
