[Elecraft] KSB2 Mod - found it!

Hi gang,
  Ok - my brain woke up - It was builders alert number 19 I was looking for.
This replaced alert number 17 and involves changing capacitor C-44 to a 0.1
uF.  I'm not sure why but at least I found the mod.
