[Elecraft] Icom SM-6

Keith,

I have been using an Icom SM-6 microphone and it seems to work o.k. , but no rave reviews for it.

I did speak to Bob Heil and he recommends the iCM microphone designed to replace the SM-6 and other Icom mics.  For further info the web page is www.heilsound.com/icm.htm.

I've been giving this some serious consideration and Heil said it would work great with the k2 or k2/100 which is what I have.  My K2/100 is wired for Icom and one must remember to wire the Elecraft for Icom mode.
