[Elecraft] Transmitted audio distortion on certain frequency

OK.  But I have a newer K2, S/N 3809, and don't even see a C70 anywhere near
D22 (I see a C71 close by).  I could certainly add the 10pF cap between pins
1&2 of U4.  Did the newer revision RF board not try and solve this problem??
D16 is mounted flush to the board, just like Alert 11 says.

BTW, I did verify the distortion at another station.
